From our spectacular, double-cantilevered skyscraper piercing the East London skyline to the timelessly elegant interiors within, every element of The Stratford was meticulously crafted over the course of a decade.

Led by Harry Handelsman, Manhattan Loft Corporation has been changing how Londoners live for 26 years. Redefining famous and forgotten postcodes and introducing one great building after another, the original pioneers of 1990s loft living have reinvented Marylebone with Chiltern Firehouse and restored St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. Now, MLC’s most innovative project yet comes to Stratford.

SOM, the architects behind the world’s most iconic skyscrapers such as Burj Khalifa in Dubai and One World Trade Center in New York, designed Manhattan Loft Gardens’ 42 storey, 135 metre skyscraper.

While the interiors of the Stratford hotel were designed by Space Copenhagen, the Lofts apartments were created by Manhattan Loft Corporation in collaboration with Studio KO, Alex Gorlin and LSI Architects.

The Lofts have been developed with a timeless and elegant interior design concept by Studio KO, maximising daylight and providing a flexible layout for modern living. Based in Paris, Studio KO have designed some of the world's most iconic interiors including the Chiltern Firehouse and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, Marrakech.
