What documents do I need to provide to rent with you?
Typically we would collect a range of documents including ID and Reference Checks. Our Long Let tenancies are also subject to Tenants completing a Right to Rent check.
What is included in my rent?
All of our tenancies include access to The Lounge, our Rooftop Gardens, special rates at The Stratford Hotel, priority booking at Kitchen E20, Allegra and at any of our 3 bars, and our 24/7 gym.
Our Short Term Tenancies also benefit from weekly housekeeping (including fresh linen and towels) and all the utility bills are included in your monthly price.
As a Long term tenant you enjoy monthly housekeeping (including fresh linen and towels) but you are responsible for switching over and paying the utility bills directly.
What is the shortest tenancy that I can do?
We can be as flexible as you need us to be, and offer Short Term Tenancies starting from a week. You can even stay for a week and then extend your tenancy as required. If you are looking for something for less than a week, please do still get in touch as we may have alternative options available.
Can I move in with my family?
Absolutely. We offer a range of Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments suiting individuals, couples or families.
Do you accept dogs?
Absolutely, we love dogs! You will need to obtain a Pet License from us before they can move in.
Do you have any working spaces?
We have multiple areas available for working, which even includes excellent high-speed Wi-Fi on the Rooftop Gardens.
We also have 1 and 2 bedroom Lofts available with Dens which are the perfect office size addition to your home.
If you are looking to rent a space as a private office for a week or longer, please do get in touch as we may have alternative options available.
How can I book a viewing?

I’d like to reserve a Loft directly?
No problem at all, our Short Term residents often arrive directly from the airport without visiting us. Call us on +44 203 926 0430 and we can happily discuss your options and can also arrange a virtual viewing for you.
Do I pay my rent monthly?
We can be as flexible as you need us to be and options include paying all the rent up front, bi-annually, or monthly.
Is my deposit protected?
Absolutely. All of our Long Let deposits are held with Mydeposits which is a government approved scheme. You will receive notification that your deposit has been registered within a fortnight of moving in with us.
Are you a member of any regulatory bodies?
We are members of the Property Redress Scheme who will investigate if you are unhappy with our final response to any complaint that you may have.
