OUR LEGACY

REDEFINING HIGH-RISE LIVING

Aiming to rewrite the future of the high-rise, redefine what the modern hotel can do and take loft-living to new levels, Manhattan Loft Gardens is the vision of Harry Handelsman, Founder & CEO of Manhattan Loft Corporation, the property pioneers who brought loft living to London.

From King’s Cross and Bankside to Marylebone and Soho, his eye for scalable beauty and clockwork instinct for a postcode’s potential transformed derelict structures in unloved locations into some of the most desirable destinations in London. He is credited with making Clerkenwell cool, kick starting the King’s Cross rejuvenation by restoring the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and, together with Andre Balazs, making Marylebone fashionable with the opening of Chiltern Firehouse.
Harry has been defining how and where Londoners live for over 25 years, n
ow he’s doing it again in the heart of east London.
